1. SERVICES PROVIDED
Enhance Spanish provides online educational services, including but not limited to:
Spanish language coaching
Intensive training programs
Exam preparation (e.g., DELE and other proficiency exams)
Digital educational content
All services are delivered online unless otherwise specified.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you represent that:
You are at least 18 years old, or
You have obtained parental or legal guardian consent
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when interacting with us.
3. PAYMENTS
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, including:
PayPal
Stripe
We do not store payment details.
By purchasing our services, you agree to:
Pay all applicable fees
Provide valid payment information
Authorize the transaction
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
4. REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
Missed sessions without proper notice are non-refundable.
Refund requests are evaluated at our sole discretion.
If a technical issue on our end prevents service delivery, we may offer rescheduling or a partial refund.
5. SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
Students are responsible for attending sessions on time and managing their schedule responsibly.
RESCHEDULING POLICY
Sessions may be rescheduled only if notice is provided at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Requests made less than 12 hours before the session will result in the loss of that lesson credit.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Students are expected to attend sessions on time.
If a student arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited and the lesson credit will be lost. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in such cases.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled session time.
7. SUBSCRIPTION & LESSON PACKAGE EXPIRATION
All lesson packages and subscriptions expire 60 days from the date of purchase.
After this period:
Unused sessions cannot be scheduled.
Unused sessions cannot be taken.
No extensions, refunds, or credits will be granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.
It is the student’s responsibility to schedule and complete sessions within the validity period.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by Enhance Spanish, including but not limited to:
Training materials
Lesson structures
Systems and methodologies
Digital documents
Website content
is the intellectual property of Enhance Spanish and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or resold without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
While we are committed to delivering high-quality instruction, we do not guarantee:
Specific exam scores
Certification outcomes
Fluency within a specific timeframe
Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and external factors.
10. TECHNOLOGY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
The user is responsible for maintaining adequate internet connection, equipment, and software necessary to participate in online sessions.
Enhance Spanish is not responsible for disruptions caused by the user’s technical issues.
11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
By purchasing our services, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
If a chargeback is initiated without valid cause after services have been delivered, we reserve the right to:
Provide proof of service delivery to the payment processor
Suspend or permanently terminate access to our services
Recover associated fees and damages where legally permitted
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in legal action.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enhance Spanish shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data
Business interruption
Technical failures beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in question.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
14. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a user:
Violates these Terms
Engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior
Misuses our intellectual property
15. INTERNATIONAL USE
Our services are provided internationally. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations.
16. MODIFICATIONS
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
